"I’ve been really happy with how..."
I’ve been really happy with how well it handles different file systems. That’s the main reason I keep using it, and it’s been super handy when switching between drives. The setup process could be a little clearer, but once it’s going, it works great

"Install Got Done, But Instructions Could Be Clearer"
I got the install finished in the end, but a few of the steps were a bit confusing and it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but I can see other customers getting stuck in the same spots if the instructions aren’t made a little clearer.

"Updates all the time??"
I’ve noticed they roll out updates often, which makes me feel better about using the software. Like, who doesn’t want something that’s actually being maintained?? It just gives me more confidence in it overall.

"My Windows wouldn’t boot the other..."
My Windows wouldn’t boot the other day, right when I was already running late and had coffee sitting on my desk getting cold. I used the bootable media and it made the whole recovery process way easier than I expected. Definitely saved me a lot of stress.

"Quick Support and an Easy Fix"
I had an issue and reached out to support, they got back to me way faster than I expected. I didn’t have to wait around or keep checking for a response, which was nice because sometimes that part is more frustrating than the actual problem. They looked into it, explained what was going on, and got it fixed quickly. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I appreciated how simple they made the whole thing.

"Doesn’t slow my laptop down"
I’ve been using it for a bit now, and it runs really light. I haven’t noticed any slowdowns on my laptop, which is great.

"Backup and restore was surprisingly painless"
I used Paragon to back up my laptop before swapping out the drive, i was expecting it to be a whole thing because I don’t have much patience for slow software. Thankfully, the backup went fine, and the restore was actually quicker than I thought it would be. All my files and settings came back like they should. It was simple enough to use, no major problems, and I’m happy with it.

I tried the trial version and, yeah, a few features were locked, but it still gave me enough access to understand how it works. The install was quick and straightforward, and I didn’t run into any glitches or weird setup problems. I especially liked how clean the main dashboard felt and how easy it was to find the basic tools without digging through a bunch of menus. Happy with it so far.

"I’ve been using the account portal..."
I’ve been using the account portal to check my licenses, and overall it’s easy to get around. I can usually find what I need without much digging. It does load a little slowly sometimes, which makes me assume it’s probably handling a lot in the background, but it hasn’t been a major issue for me.

I just installed this recently because my Windows laptop suddenly wouldn’t recognize my old external drive anymore. Paragon found it right away, which was a relief, and I was able to copy my files over without having to fiddle with a bunch of settings.
I’m giving it 4 stars because that first scan felt slow, and the menus were a little confusing at the beginning. Still, based on how it worked for me this week, it did exactly what I needed.

"I’m cautious when it comes..."
I’m cautious when it comes to backups and anything involving my drives, so I don’t like using tools that feel unpredictable. Paragon has been solid for me so far. My files have stayed intact, restores have worked when I needed them, and I haven’t run into any scary data issues. It’s not the flashiest software, but for something this important, safe and reliable is exactly what I want.

"Uninstall was mostly fine, but double-check after"
I used Paragon for a while and ended up uninstalling it last week. To be fair, the removal process was smooth and it didn’t seem to leave a mess behind like some other programs do. That said, I did still find one small folder hanging around afterward, so I’d warn others to take a quick look through your files after uninstalling just in case. Not a terrible experience overall, but not 100% clean either

I found the guides easy to follow overall, and they did help me get through most of what I needed. That said, a few steps felt a bit outdated to me, like they were written for an older version or setup, so I had to do a little guessing along the way...

"Upgrade was smoother than I expected"
I upgraded my Paragon software today and, it went a lot better than I thought it would. I know software updates get a bad rap, but in my case the login worked fine, my license showed up right away, and the installer kept all my old settings. No weird errors, no sitting around forever waiting for something to finish. Maybe I just got lucky, but I’m not going to complain when it actually works the way it should.

"Pretty smooth setup overall"
The integration went smoothly with our system. I was kind of expecting a mess, probably because I’d been putting it off longer than I should have, but there weren’t any weird leftovers or conflicts. We did hit one small sync issue, though that might’ve been partly on me for rushing through the setup. Support got back to us quickly and helped sort it out.

Checking out was quick and easy, honestly. No strange steps popped up or anything annoying like that. I mean, it’s just checkout, so not exactly exciting, but it worked fine and didn’t give me any trouble
